What we clean
Glass first.
Then everything around it.
Windows are the heart of it, but the frames, the gutters above them and the conservatory roof all show the dirt too. We do the lot on the same visit if you want it.
- 01
Gutter clearances
Gutters emptied and cleared so the rain goes where it should, not down your walls.
- 02
Gutter, fascia & soffit cleaning
The white plastic under the roofline brought back to white. Worth doing every couple of years.
- 03
Conservatory roof cleaning
Green film and grime washed off the roof panels, so the light comes back in.
- 04
Solar panels, drives and paving
Solar panels cleaned alongside the windows, and drives and paved slabs cleaned and re-sanded.
“Very professional service. Our windows look so clean! Really pleased. Richard noticed we had a blocked drainpipe during the clean and cleared this as part of the service. Would happily recommend.”
How a visit works
No fuss, no doorstep cash.
Plenty of customers book in for a regular clean, or a yearly one for the gutters and fascias.
A message the day before
You get a text the day before we’re due, so you can leave the side gate open and we can get round to the back windows too.
Traditional or pure water
Traditional squeegee work or a water-fed pole with pure water, whichever suits the glass and the frames. Inside and out.
Little things noticed
If we spot something like a blocked drainpipe while we’re there, we’ll let you know, and clear it if we can.
Easy online payment
No chasing for cash on the doorstep. Pay online when the job’s done, then book in for a regular or yearly clean.
Commercial & residential
From cottages to commercial glass.
Big shopfront glass, modern clad buildings with long runs of windows, or a cottage with Georgian bars: the same care goes into all of it. Pure water through a water-fed pole reaches the high glass from the ground.

Meet Richard
Window cleaning is his trade, and his passion.
RS Window Cleaning is Richard Saupe, based in Brent Knoll. A couple of years ago he started sharing window cleaning content, just for fun, as Squeegee Rich. That grew into connections right across the industry: testing equipment, showcasing products and working with brands and suppliers.
In October 2026 he found himself on the cover of American Window Cleaner Magazine, a publication in its 40th year, having featured inside it before.
None of that changes the day job. It’s still Richard who turns up, still Richard who texts the day before, and still Richard who takes the time to get everything clean and tidy.
“My focus remains the same: providing a quality service, taking pride in the work I do and building lasting relationships with my customers.”

“Richard provides a very good and thorough window cleaning service. He sends me a message the day before he is due to come so that I can leave our side gate open and give him access to the back windows of our house. Richard also offers an excellent gutter cleaning service which I would recommend having done every couple of years or so. Payment is online and very easy. All in all, I am very happy with the service that Richard provides.”
“Richard did a marvellous clean of our gutters, fascia and soffits. They hadn’t been cleaned for about 3 years and were in need of some TLC. He is very professional and reliable. We have now booked him for a regular yearly clean.”
“We had Richard in to clean and re-sand our drive and paved slabs, clear guttering, clean facias , conservatory and its roof. Everything now look brand new. couldn’t be more pleased with the work and with Richard. Some of our neighbours are so impressed they are asking for his details. Would we use Richard again? Dead right.”

“Fantastic job by Richard. We had the lot - gutters empty and cleaned, fascias, soffits, solar panels and windows. Took his time to get everything clean and tidy for us. Booked in for a regular clean as things were that good.”
